Shipping Policy
Orders placed on the surfsouleil.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Please allow 5-7 days to receive your order.

Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Any orders over $600 will require a signature upon delivery.

Any orders to apartment units will require signature upon delivery as we have had too many lost package incidents with apartments.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days. We cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Ground - Free: 2-7 Business Days

Second Day Air - $15: 2-4 Business Days

Overnight Air - $25: 1-2 Business Days
